2、 Composition and function of hot plate welding machine:
The hot plate welding machine is composed of pneumatic transmission part, control part, electrical part, machine equipment, heating plate mold and numerical control equipment.
1. Pneumatic transmission part
This part includes: through the hutch, pressure regulating valve, oil mist, commutator, solenoid valve, cylinder, etc.
When the hot plate welding machine works, the air compressor should first drive the stroke cylinder to push the heating plate mold system to move up and down. During the welding process of the hot plate welding machine, the pressure should be adjusted according to the needs of the plastic parts to be welded.
2. Control part
The control part is composed of PLC and temperature controller. The main functions are as follows: first, operate the pneumatic transmission system to open the air valve under the timing control during welding, the cylinder supplies pressure to make the grinding tool slide down, and then hold the pressure for a while after welding, and then the control system reverses the solenoid valve valve to make the grinding tool rise and reset; the second is to control the plastic parts during heating on the heating plate The system makes all welding process all intelligent. During operation, only press the key to generate a start pulse, and then the welding process can be completed regularly. The control sequence of the whole system is as follows: power supply operation trigger control signal pneumatic transmission system, cylinder pressure supply, the upper and lower pressing die descends and presses on the upper and lower heating plate mold to work, and maintains a period of hot-melt connection time, continues to maintain a certain pressure for a long time, and the upper and lower pressing mold return welding is completed.
3. Electrical part
Touch screen and (digital control) regulator, pneumatic solenoid valve, The heating plate temperature control system consists of two parts: the heating plate temperature control system of the hot plate machine and the program control system of the upper and lower grinding tools and the movement module of the heating plate. The heating plate temperature control system is a single-phase 220 V power supply connected through the air leakage switch, and the temperature controller controls the on-off of the single-phase intermediate relay SSR to supply the heating current of the heating tube in the heating plate A thermal resistor is embedded in the hot plate, which is used as the temperature signal to report to the temperature controller to control the temperature control of the heating plate; the temperature controller controls the output current of the intermediate relay SSR in an intelligent way. Two AC ammeters are set up in the circuit of the system to monitor the breaking and magnitude of single-phase electric current. The heating temperature can be set and adjusted in advance on the temperature controller panel according to the heating plate processing temperature standard.
4. Mold and CNC equipment Part
In this part, the sliding plate structure is used, and the heat of the heating plate is transferred to the welding surface of the upper and lower plastic parts by electric heating. The upper and lower pieces of plastic parts are driven by two cylinders, and the fusion surface is rapidly solidified and solidified after heating. The whole machine is a structural part, which is composed of three modules: upper mold fixed positioning structure, lower mold fixed positioning structure and thermal template integration.
